刍议自学考试学分银行的研究与实践——以天津市为例 被引量:3

摘要 学分银行建设有利于终身学习体系的构建。自学考试制度与学分银行在运行理念、实践方式上高度契合,这为依托自学考试建设继续教育学分银行奠定了基础。自学考试与学分银行的学分认证积累体系虽具有相似性,但两者不完全同类。要顺利完成依托自学考试制度构建继续教育学分银行的重任,必须在自学考试内部进行顶层设计。从学分银行的必要性和重要意义入手,详细分析了依托自学考试构建学分银行的可行性,并对天津市自学考试地方性立法的相关研究和实践工作进行阐述,同时对目前存在的问题和今后研究方向进行讨论。 The construction of credit bank is conducive to the construction of life-long learning system. The construction of continuing education credit bank could be based on self-taught examination due to high degree of fit and consistency in operational idea and practical way of self-taught examination system and credit bank. Credit certification accumulating systems of the two are similar, but not the same. In order to successfully complete the task of building a credit bank for continuing education relying on the selftaught examination system, top-level design must be carried out within the self-taught examination system. Taking the necessity and significance of credit bank as breakthrough point, this paper analyzes the feasibility of constructing credit bank relying on selftaught examination in detail, and explains the relevant research and practice in local legislation of self-taught examination in Tianjin. Furthermore, current problems and future research directions are discussed as well.
