民办高职学生就业能力的问题与应对 被引量:1

摘要 以企业所关注的15个就业能力要素为依据,面向企业人员、专任教师、辅导员展开对民办高职学生就业能力调查。结果显示,民办高职学生就业能力总体偏低,特别是"理解能力、心理调适能力、专业学习能力"偏低更为突出。通过对学生就业能力相关因素调查分析,显示民办高职学生就业能力受"年级、专业、团体活动经历、学生干部经历、比赛经历、实践活动经历"等6个因素影响。并在此基础上提出了"强化就业能力薄弱环节""分层分类推进素质教育"及"增加实践机会"等就业能力培养的应对策略。 Based on the 15 factors of employability that enterprises are concerned about,this paper evaluates and investigates the employability of private higher vocational students through enterprise personnel,full-time teachers and counselors.The results show that the employability of private higher vocational students is generally low,especially in"understanding ability,psychological debugging ability and professional learning ability".Through the investigation and analysis of the relevant factors of students’employment ability,it shows that the employment ability of private higher vocational students is affected by six factors,such as"grade,specialty,group activity experience,student cadre experience,competition experience and practical activity experience".On this basis,the paper puts forward some strategies to cultivate the employability,such as"strengthening the weak links of employability","promoting quality education in different levels and classifications"and"increasing practical opportunities",etc.
