摘要
钢管束混凝土组合剪力墙代替传统钢筋混凝土剪力墙,钢管束在车间生产加工,现场进行吊装安装,主体结构施工期间实现装配化施工。结合某项目施工中采用了装配式钢管束组合结构,从工艺原理、生产制作、施工操作要点等方面阐述了钢管束混凝土组合剪力墙的施工生产过程,为类似工程项目提供参考。
The steel tube bundle concrete composite shear wall replaces the traditional reinforced concrete shear wall.The steel tube bundle is manufactured in workshop,hoisted during the construction of main structure.Com⁃bining with the steel tube bundle composite structure adopted in a project construction,this paper expounds the production process of the steel tube bundle concrete composite shear wall from the aspects of technological princi⁃ple,production and construction operation points,and provides reference for similar projects.
