加强“组团式”医疗援疆宣传工作的实践与思考

Practice and Thoughts on Strengthening the Propaganda Work of “Group-type” Medical Assistance to Xinjiang

目的探索“组团式”医疗援疆宣传的新方式、新方法,打造具有自身特色的宣传路线。方法以2014—2018年克州人民医院宣传工作实践为例,通过深入分析品牌项目的推广、微信公众平台运营情况、宣传片、医院职工的宣传意识在医院和社会的宣传效果,为医院的宣传方式寻找合适的方式和渠道。结果在江苏省“组团式”医院援疆的大背景下,自2016年起,克州人民医院的宣传工作进步迅速,但仍存在一定的局限性,宣传模式有待创新。结论加强“组团式”医疗援疆的宣传是一项长期工程,需要在实践中探索新方式方法,开展以需求为导向的主题宣传策划、通力合作,形成“组团式”医疗援疆宣传的新模式。

Objective Exploring new ways and methods of“group-based”medical aid to promote Xinjiang,and create a propaganda route with its own characteristics.Methods Taking the practice of publicity work of the People’s Hospital of Kezhou in 2014-2018 as an example,through in-depth analysis of the promotion of brand projects,the operation of the WeChat public platform,the propaganda film,and the propaganda awareness of hospital staff in the hospital and society,the propaganda method for the hospital Find the right way and channel.Results Under the background of the“group-type”hospitals in Jiangsu Province,since 2016,the propaganda work of Kezhou People’s Hospital has made rapid progress,but there are still certain limitations,and the propaganda model needs to be innovated.Conclusion It is a long-term project to strengthen the publicity of“group-type”medical aid to xinjiang,which needs to explore new ways and methods in practice,carry out demand-oriented thematic publicity planning,and work together to form a new model of the clustered assistance for health to Xinjiang.
