子宫内膜息肉采用宫腔镜手术治疗的效果观察

目的对宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术的手术方法进行总结、探讨,观察治疗效果,为临床实践提供参考。方法将98例子宫内膜息肉患者作为临床研究对象,分别设置治疗研究组与治疗对照组,每组随机分配患者49例。根据分组,对治疗对照组患者采取传统的刮宫手术进行治疗,对治疗研究组患者则行宫腔镜切除手术治疗,最后就两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果和治疗对照组患者相比较,治疗研究组患者的手术时间、住院时间明显更短,同时其在手术过程当中的出血量,也明显的低于治疗对照组,差异明显且具有统计学意义。经为期1年的随访发现,两组患者均有复发的情况,但治疗研究组患者的复发率显著低于治疗对照组,差异同样具有统计学意义。结论与传统的刮宫手术治疗方式相比较,对子宫内膜息肉患者采取宫腔镜切除手术进行治疗,可以缩短患者的手术时间、住院时间,减少患者的术中出血量,降低患者的复发率,值得加强推广与实践。

Objective To summarize,discuss and observe the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy and provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods 98 cases of endometrial polyps were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional curettage surgery,while patients in the treatment group were treated with hysterectomy.Results Compared with the patients in the treatment control group,the operation time and hospital stays of the patients in the treatment group were significantly shorter,and the blood loss during the operation was also significantly lower than that in the treatment control group.The difference was significant and statistically significant.After 1 year,the recurrence rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the treatment control group,and the difference was also statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with traditional curettage surgery,hysteroscopic resection for endometrial polyps can shorten the operation time and hospital stay of patients,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and reduce the recurrence rate of patients.Therefore,such a treatment is worth strengthening promotion and practice.
