联用臭氧雾化妇科治疗仪与硝酸咪康唑栓治疗阴道炎的临床效果分析

目的分析在阴道炎疾病治疗中臭氧雾化妇科治疗仪联用硝酸咪康栓的临床治疗效果。方法选取96例于2018年2月~2019年5月在医院中进行治疗的患者作为研究对象,分组方式为随机分组法,将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组用硝酸咪康唑治疗法,观察组用臭氧雾化妇科治疗仪联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗方法。结果临床症状消失时间观察组低于对照组,临床治疗有效率观察组高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在阴道炎治疗中应用臭氧雾化妇科治疗仪联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗方法,缩短了患者的临床症状消失时间,提升了疾病临床治疗效果。

Objective to analyze the clinical effect of ozone atomization gynecological therapy combined with mikang nitrate suppository in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods 96 patients who were treated in hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48).The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate,and the observation group was treated with ozone atomization gynecological instrument combined with miconazole nitrate suppository.Results the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ozone atomization gynecological treatment instrument combined with miconazole nitrate suppository can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and improve the clinical treatment effect of vaginitis.
