预见性护理对妊高症孕妇的应用效果及并发症发生率影响分析

目的研究分析对妊高症孕妇应用预见性护理的应用效果及对并发症发生率影响。方法选择某医院2018年1月1日~2018年12月31日期间收治的2087名妊高症孕妇,随机组成对照组(n=1043)和观察组(n=1044),对照组安排常规护理,观察组安排预见性护理,比较2组患者的并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果对照组患者并发症发生率显著高于观察组(P<0.05);同时护理满意度评分显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of prophetic nursing on pregnant women with pregnancy and its effect on the incidence of complications.Methods 2087 pregnant women with pregnant women from January 1,2018 to December 31,2018 were selected and randomly formed into control groups(n=1043)and observation groups(n=1044).The control group arranged regular care.The observation group arranged predictive care.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared in two groups.Results The incidence of complications in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group(P<UNK>0.05).At the same time,the nursing satisfaction score was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<UNK>0.05).
