自由体位分娩在第二产程中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of free posture delivery in the second stage of labor

目的探讨自由体位分娩在第二产程中的效果。方法将我院近期收治的100例产妇纳入研究对象,根据随机均等原则划分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组使用传统仰卧式分娩,研究组使用自由体位分娩,对比分析两组与分娩相关的数据指标情况。结果研究组使用自由体位分娩,在疼痛程度、产后2h出血量和第二产程时间及会阴损伤程度上均略优于对照组。结论在第二产程时,使用自由体位分娩,能够有效缩短第二产程时间,降低产妇的疼痛程度和会阴损伤程度,减少产后出血量,临床疗效较好,建议推广。

Objective To explore the effect of free position delivery in the second stage of labor.Methods 100 parturients admitted to our hospital in recent years were included in the study.According to the principle of random equality,they were divided into control group and research group with 50 cases each.The control group used traditional supine delivery,while the study group used free position delivery.The data indicators related to delivery were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The study group was slightly better than the control group in the degree of pain,the amount of bleeding 2 hours after delivery,the time of the second stage of labor and the degree of perineal injury.Conclusion In the second stage of labor,the use of free posture delivery can effectively shorten the second stage of labor time,reduce the degree of pain and perineum injury,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the clinical effect is better,it is recommended to promote.
