宫颈微波手术联合药物治疗宫颈糜烂的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of cervical microwave surgery combined with drug therapy on cervical erosion

目的分析对宫颈糜烂患者使用宫颈微波手术联合药物治疗的效果。方法将2018年4月~2019年2月在本院接受治疗的宫颈糜烂58例患者纳入研究,随机将其分成对照组(n=29,宫颈微波手术)与实验组(n=29,宫颈微波手术联合药物)。比较两组患者的治疗效果、相关指标与不良反应。结果两组患者的不良反应发生率没有明显差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组患者的治疗总有效率更高;实验组患者的出血时间与阴道排液时间更低;均有很大差异(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈糜烂患者使用宫颈微波手术联合药物治疗的效果十分理想,患者的相关指标得到改善,且不良反应少,应积极推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of cervical microwave surgery combined with drug therapy on patients with cervical erosion.Methods 58 patients with cervical erosion treated in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=29,cervical microwave surgery)and experimental group(n=29,cervical microwave surgery combined drugs).The therapeutic effects,related indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher;the bleeding time and vaginal drainage time in the experimental group were lower;there were signi ficant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of cervical microwave surgery combined with drug therapy for cervical erosion patients is very ideal,the related indicators of patients have been improved,and the adverse reactions are few,so it should be actively promoted.
