摘要
多次切割工艺是改善往复走丝线切割加工效果的主要途径之一。在工厂智能化的背景下,往复走丝线切割多次切割的CAPP系统面临减少人工经验依赖性、增加工艺规划系统智能性及系统集成性等问题。基于SVR理论,构建多次切割工艺效果的预测模型,并以该模型构成工艺数据库的核心模块。采用GSM算法建立工艺数据库参数寻优算法,开发智能CAPP系统,该系统设置有数据实时更新模块、工艺效果预测模块、工艺参数寻优模块,并集成在具有平台兼容性的CAD/CAM软件中。最后通过实验验证了该系统的稳定性、预测的准确性和参数寻优的可靠性。
Multiple cutting process is the main approach to improve the machining performance of wire electrical discharge machining(WEDM).In the intelligent factory scenario,there is burgeoning requirement of decreasing dependence on human experience,meanwhile increasing the intelligence of CAPP for WEDM,ultimately integrating the above technologies into the smart manufacturing system.On the basis of SVR theory,a prediction model of multiple cutting process performance,which is the core part of the process database,is built.And based on GSM,the parameters optimization algorithm for process database is constructed.Whereby,the intelligent CAPP system is created.Moreover,the system,which is integrated into CAD/CAM software with platform compatibility,provides three function modules including data real-time update module,machining performance predication module and parameters optimization module.Finally,the experimental validation is carried out to verify the stability of the system,the accuracy of prediction and reliability of the optimization.
