电子束选区熔化过程电子光学监测系统研究 被引量:5

摘要 电子束选区熔化技术是一种先进的金属粉末床熔融增材制造技术,近年来在航空航天、生物医疗和汽车等领域获得广泛关注和应用,但仍存在稳定性不足和可重复性差等问题,质量控制是一种有效的解决方案,但目前缺少有效的在线监测手段。针对电子束选区熔化的在线监测问题,提出了一种基于双探测器对称布置的电子光学监测系统,实现了对选区熔化过程的原位监测。研究结果表明,该检测系统具有较高的成像精度,所拍摄电子光学图像能表征丰富的形貌信息,且基于多方位传感信息可实现成形层的形貌特征识别和成形质量分析。 Electron beam selective melting is an advanced metal powder fusion additive manufacturing technique,which has gained extensive attention and applications in aerospace,biomedical and automotive fields in recent years.Since it still suffers from the insufficient stability and poor repeatability,fortunately quality control is an effective and necessary solution,but there is no effective online monitoring methods aiming at it.In this paper,an electron optical monitoring system with symmetrically arranged detectors was proposed for online monitoring,which realize the in situ monitoring for electron beam selective melting(EBSM).The research results showed that the monitoring system has high imaging accuracy and the captured electron optical images can represent rich topographical information.Moreover,feature recognition and forming quality analysis can be preformed based on the multi-directional sensing signal.
