Finite Element Analysis and Optimization of Steel Pistons

摘要 利用solidworks建立锻钢活塞模型,通过ANSYS对其温度场和应力场进行计算分析。结果显示,锻钢活塞的温度场数值整体较高,应力场最大值出现在销座内侧。通过改变内冷油腔的尺寸增强了锻钢活塞的冷却效果。 Forging steel piston model was established by solidworks,and its temperature field and stress field are calculated and analyzed by ANSYS.The results show that the temperature field value of forged steel piston was relatively high,and the maximum stress field value appears in the inner side of pin seat.This paper improves the cooling effect of forged steel piston by changing the size of internal cooling oil gallery.
