中速大功率柴油机发电机组调速器起动故障原因分析与解决方案

Cause Analysis and Solution of Starting Failure for a Medium-speed High-power Diesel Engine Generator Set Governor

海外热电厂的柴油发电机组配置带有促动器的电液调速器,柴油机具备起动盘车联锁功能。柴油机发电机组首次起动运行时,按下机旁控制柜起动按钮后,未能使柴油机运转起动。首先从促动器、调速器、柴油机控制空气管路及各类控制阀等方面进行故障原因分析和排查,并实施方案验证,确定起动故障原因和解决方案,成功解决该型机调速器起动故障,为该机型系列机和其他柴油机调速器的安装提供了宝贵的经验,本案例解决方案也是柴油机的起动故障原因之一。

The diesel generator set for a thermal power plant overseas is equipped with a governor and an booster as well as a turning gear with interlock function for diesel engine start-up.However,during the trial test of the diesel generator set,the diesel engine was not started when its starting button on the control cabinet next to the diesel generator set was pressed down.In order to clarify the failure and find the corresponding solution,this paper make a detailed analysis and investigation about the root causes of diesel engine start malfunction from actuators,governors,control air lines and various control valves.After verification,it turns out that the start malfunction of the governor can be solved successfully by the solution,which is a very valuable experience for the governor installation and start failure of other governors the same model.Finally,the root cause mentioned in this paper is properly suggested as one of common start failure causes of the governor.
