摘要 直流电弧起弧阶段与熄弧阶段的电弧特性直接影响开关电器的工作性能,其中电弧燃烧阶段涉及电极放电、电磁场、温度场的共同作用,并且直接影响弧后介质恢复的初始条件。将电弧燃烧过程的电弧特性检测作为主要研究内容,搭建了电弧特性检测平台,对触头间电压、电流、触头位移值、电弧图像进行同步采集。根据彩色CCD图像传感器的分光特性,推导含标定系数的比色测温公式,建立像素与电弧温度的联系。利用MATLAB图像处理技术对采集到的电弧图像进行处理,使得开断过程电弧运动特征可视化。 The arc characteristics of the DC arc arcing phase and the arc extinction phase directly affect the working performance of the switchgear.The arc combustion phase involves the interaction of electrode discharge,electromagnetic field and temperature field,and directly affects the initial conditions of media recovery after arc.The arc characteristic detection of arc combustion process is taken as the main research content,and the arc characteristic detection platform is built to synchronously collect the voltage,current,contact displacement value and arc image between the contacts.According to the spectral characteristics of the color CCD image sensor,the colorimetric temperature measurement formula with calibration coefficient is derived to establish the relationship between the pixel and the arc temperature.Using the MATLAB image processing technology to process the collected arc image,combined with the colorimetric temperature measurement formula,the arc energy distribution during the breaking process is visualized.
