摘要 直流电源系统状态的实时监测与诊断对于变电站的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。开发了一种基于IEC 61850的变电站直流电源状态监测与诊断系统,系统由主站单元、数据采集与处理设备(DAPE)、站端装置及状态监测诊断系统组成,实现了蓄电池、充电装置等直流电源设备的实时监测、分析、诊断和预警。系统遵循IEC 61850状态监测逻辑节点进行建模,采用IEC 61850标准通信服务,具有良好的互操作性和可扩展性。实际工程应用效果证明了系统的实用性和有效性,为直流电源设备提供更加精准、高效的状态检修手段,减轻维护人员的压力,有力推动智能运检。 The real-time monitoring and diagnosis of DC power system state is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of substation.In this paper,the substation DC power condition monitoring and diagnosis system based on IEC 61850 was developed.The system is composed of the master station unit,data acquisition and processing equipment,station end device and condition monitoring and diagnosis system.The real-time monitoring,analysis,diagnosis and early warning of DC power equipment such as batteries and charging devices are realized.The system follows the IEC 61850 state monitoring logic node to model,and adopts IEC 61850 standard communication service,which has good interoperability and scalability.The practical application results prove the practicability and effectiveness of the system,which can provide more accurate and efficient condition-based maintenance means for DC power supply equipment,greatly reduce the pressure of maintenance personnel,and effectively promote intelligent operation and inspection.
