基于信息通信技术的癌症患儿照顾者支持干预的范围综述

The Use of Information and Communication Technology in Supporting the Caregivers of Children with Cancer:A Scoping Review

目的对基于信息通信技术(information and communication technology,ICT)的癌症患儿照顾者支持干预进行范围综述。方法按照范围综述方法框架,确立研究问题,对2000年1月至2019年3月的中英文文献进行检索并筛选,确定相关研究,对纳入文献进行数据提取,收集、总结并报告研究结果。结果检索获得7417篇文献,经筛选,共纳入14篇。对纳入研究的发表时间、研究地点、应用的ICT技术、干预对象、干预工具构建过程、功能、研究设计、研究时长、结果类型和研究中应用的理论框架进行了总结与分析。结论基于ICT的癌症患儿照顾者支持研究数量较少,现有研究证实其可便捷有效地为照顾者提供支持,但基于ICT的干预工具构建、可用性及有效性评价尚有待提高,后台管理支撑不足,有必要在进一步评估成本效益的基础上,开展持续优化的临床推广。

Objective To do a scoping review on information and communication technology(ICT)in supporting the caregivers of children with cancer.Methods According to methodology framework,relevant studies published between January 2000 and March 2019 were searched,reviewed,identified,selected,and charted.Then results were collated,summarized,and reported.Results From the initial 7417 search results,14 studies qualified for inclusion were identified.The publish year,country,ICT applied,participants,construction process and function of ICT tools,study designs,duration of studies,study results,and theoretical framework applied were analyzed.Conclusions Studies in supporting the caregivers of children with cancer by ICT are limited.It is proved that ICT interventions are effective,convenient in supporting caregivers.However,the construction,usability and effectiveness evaluation,and backstage management still need to be improved.It is necessary to conduct further cost-effectiveness evaluation and continuously clinical implementation optimization.
