k/N(G)系统两级维修供应保障链联合优化 被引量:1

Joint Optimization of k-out-of-N(G) System in Two-echelon Maintenance and Supply Sustainment Chain

摘要 针对大型k/N(G)系统的维修保障问题,结合系统的工作特点及紧急订购情况的发生,以备件不可修为前提,采用更新报酬理论建立了保障单元和紧急供应商备件订购策略联合优化模型。模型以保障链期望费用率最低为目标,以系统使用可用度为约束,以正常订购阈值m(0<m<N-K+1)和订货量Q(m<Q<N-K+1)为决策变量。运用穷举搜索法对模型求解,比较分析了不同模型参数对分散决策和联合决策的影响,结果表明,分散决策的保障成本始终高于联合决策,故而,联合优化方法是非常可行有效的。 The research focuses on maintenance and supply sustainment of unrepairable large k-out-of-N(G)system.Considering the working characteristics of k-out-of-N(G)system and the occurrence of emergency orders,a joint optimization model of sustainment unit and emergency supplier spare parts ordering strategy is established by using the renewal award theorem,in which minimal expected cost rate of the sustainment chain is taken as objective function and operational availability as constraints,and normal order threshold m(0<m<N-k+1)and order quantity(m<Q<N-k+1)are taken as decision variables.The exhaustive search method is applied to solve the model.On this basis,the effects of different model parameters on independent optimization method and joint optimization method are compared and analyzed.The results show that the cost of independent optimization method is always higher than that of joint optimization method.Therefore,the proposed joint optimization method is proved to be feasible and effective.
