体认视角下指类句的外延内涵分析

Denotations and Connotations of Generic Sentences: A Prospective from an Embodied-Cognitive Approach

指类句是一种常用的蕴含悖论的陈述句或判断句。本文基于对指类句"语法-语义"的观察,拟从体认语言学的"现实-认知-语言"体认视角,探讨指类句的外延内涵及其背后所反映的人类思维的某些认知特征,认为语言中的指类句语言现象不仅是一种语言现象,还是人类深层思维和心智活动的"指类思维"的结果和外在表现形式。本文试图从人类认知与语言生成的层面对指类句做出解释。

A generic sentence is a statement generalizing certain regularity or certain attributes of a kind of things or part of the members of a kind with tolerance of counter-examples or exceptions as its remarkable feature. This paper, based on the observation on generic sentences, attempts to analyze denotations and connotations,traits of mental activities and thinking processes about producing mechanisms of generic sentences from a prospective of embodied-cognitive approach of "Reality-Cognition-Language", with the view that a generic sentence is not only an expression of natural language, but also a product of cognitively and mentally processing and categorizing relations between relational entities that goes beyond language by human.
