摘要
以气虚痰阻为理论指导,结合现代临床研究与实验研究,对肺纤维化病理过程中出现的氧化应激机制进行分析和归纳,认为氧化/抗氧化失衡是肺纤维化的重要病机之一。氧化作用可造成肺脏局部微环境微血管的损伤,可归因于痰阻肺络造成肺络痹阻;而抗氧化作用能够抵御氧化损伤,与肺气的保卫作用有相似性。当气虚痰阻因素存在时,易破坏体内氧化/抗氧化平衡,导致肺纤维化的发生。基于此临床选用补气、化痰类中药治疗肺纤维化疾病可获良效。
Guided by the theory of qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction,combined with modern clinical and experimental studies,the mechanism of oxidative stress in the pathological process of pulmonary fibrosis was analyzed and summarized.It is considered that the imbalance between oxidation and antioxidation is one of the important pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis.In other words,oxidation can cause microvascular damage in local lung microenvironment,which can be attributed to phlegm obstruction of lung collaterals causing obstruction of lung collaterals;while antioxidant effect can resist oxidative damage,which is similar to the protective effect of lung qi.When the factors of qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction exist,it is easy to destroy the relationship between oxidation and antioxidation in vivo,resulting in the outcome of pulmonary fibrosis.Based on this,the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating qi and resolving phlegm in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis can achieve good results.
