静脉配置中心的不合理用药处方调查研究

Investigation on the Irrational Drug Prescription of Venous Disposition Center

目的:对静脉配置中心的不合理用药处方进行调查分析。方法:选我院静脉药物配置中心静脉用药处方30000份,统计分析不合理用药情况。结果:不合理用药配方占总处方数4.04%。集中于CCU、内分泌病、肾脏病区,常见类型为用药浓度过高、超剂量用药、无资料显示可配伍。结论:审方医师应该以严谨的专业态度对药方进行审查,建立合理用药规范条例,提高临床用药安全性。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the unreasonable prescriptions of intravenous configuration centers.Methods:Three thousand prescriptions for intravenous drug use in the intravenous drug configuration center of our hospital were selected.Results:The formula of unreasonable medication accounted for 4.04% of the total prescriptions.Focusing on CCU,endocrine disease,and kidney disease areas,the common types are overdose,overdose,and no data show compatibility.Conclusion:The reviewing physician should review the prescription with a rigorous professional attitude,establish rational regulations on drug use,and improve the safety of clinical drug use.
