摘要
通过原位沉积法制备负载焦硅酸银自清洁棉织物,采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)分别表征棉织物的晶相结构、物理形态、化学组成和吸收光谱。以亚甲基蓝为光催化降解对象,研究棉织物的自清洁性及其耐久性。XRD、FESEM和EDS证实焦硅酸银成功负载到棉织物上。在可见光照射下,负载焦硅酸银的棉织物具有较好的自清洁性能;光照60 min后,对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率为85%;多次洗涤,重复使用3次后,降解率仍达80%左右。
The self-cleaning cotton fabrics loaded with silver pyrosilicate was prepared by in-situ deposi⁃tion.X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and UV-Vis diffuse-reflection spectra(DRS)were used to characterize crystal structure,morphology,chemical composition and absorption spectrum of cotton fabrics.The self-cleaning property and durability of cotton fabrics were studied by photocatalytic degradation of methlylene blue.XRD,FESEM and EDS confirmed that silver pyrosilicate was successfully loaded on cotton fabric.The cotton fabric loaded with silver pyrosilicate had good self-cleaning performance under visible light irradiation.After 60 min of light irradi⁃ation,the degradation rate of methylene blue solution was 85%.After repeated washing and reused for three times,the degradation rate was still about 80%.
