摘要
以六水合氯化镁为原料,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,通过液相沉淀法制备了高分散小粒径的氢氧化镁,优化了制备工艺,并对其抗菌效果、表面形貌以及热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,氢氧化镁的优化制备工艺为:氯化镁与氢氧化钠物质的量比1.0∶2.0,平平加O用量0.87g/L,乙醇和水体积比1∶5,80℃反应120 min,制得的氢氧化镁颗粒较小,具有更好的阻燃和抗菌效果。
Magnesium hydroxide with high dispersion and small particle size was prepared by liquid phase precipitation with magnesium chloride hexahydrate as raw material and sodium hydroxide as precipita tor. The preparation process of magnesium hydroxide was optimized, and its antimicrobial effect, surface mor phology and thermal stability were analyzed. The optimum process was determined as follows: mole ratio of MgCI2 to NaOH 1.0: 2.0, surfactant dosage 0.87g/L, volume ratio of ethanol and water 1:5, reaction tempera ture 80℃, reaction time 120 min. The prepared magnesium hydroxide particles were smaller, and had better flame retardant and antimicrobial effects.
