摘要
采用二乙醇胺和亚磷酸为原料合成有机盐,用28%氨水调节有机盐溶液至一定pH即得阻燃剂。用该阻燃剂整理棉织物,测试了整理后棉织物的阻燃性能、白度和断裂强力。结果表明,该阻燃剂的最佳合成工艺为:二乙醇胺100 g、亚磷酸100 g、水30 g、8%氨水3.82 g、反应温度75 t、亚磷酸水溶液滴加时间2.5 h、保温反应温度75 t、保温反应时间1 h;该阻燃剂的最佳整理工艺为:阻燃剂400 g/L、焙烘温度110 t、焙烘时间2 min。整理棉织物的续燃时间1.4 s,阴燃时间0.2 s,损毁长度2.4 cm,白度80,断裂强力368 N/5 cm。
The organic salt was synthesized from diethanolamine and phosphite,and the flame retardant was obtained by adjusting the organic salt solution to a certain pH with 28%ammonia.The flame retardancy,whiteness and breaking strength of the finished cotton fabric were tested.The results showed that the best synthesis process of the flame retardant was:100 g diethanolamine,100 g phosphite,30 g water,3.82 g 28%ammonia,reaction temperature 75 t,adding phosphite aqueous solution for 2.5 h,holding reaction temperature 75 t and holding reaction 1 h;the best finishing process of the flame retardant was:400 g/L flame retardant,baking temperature 110 t,baking time 2 min.After finishing,the continuous burning time of cotton fabric was 1.4 s,smoldering time was 0.2 s,damage length was 2.4cm,whiteness was 80,breaking strength was 368 N/5cm.
