涤纶织物少水染色工艺研究

Research on less water dyeing process of polyester fabric

为了实现涤纶织物分散染料少水染色,采用分散染料浸轧染色。研究黏合剂的种类、用量,防泳移剂用量及染色工艺对织物KS值和色牢度的影响。结果表明,选用黏合剂EPD、用量6%,防泳移剂AM用量1%,120 t预烘7 min,180 t焙烘4.0 min,涤纶织物的K/S值达到14以上,耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度均能达到4~5级。

Disperse dyes dip dyeing was used for achieving less water dyeing of polyester fabric.The effects of the adhesive type and dosage,concentration of anti-migrating agent and dyeing process on K/S value and color fastness were investigated.The results showed that the K/S of polyester fabric was above 14 and the color fastness to rubbing and laundering reached 4~5 grade,when the dosage of adhesive EPD was 6%,anti migration agent AM dosage 1%,pre-baked at 120℃for 7 min and baked at 180℃for 4.0 min.
