摘要
研究了皂荚提取工艺,并将皂荚提取物与生物质复配得到Matu,分析了不同产地皂荚、不同质量分数Mat u溶液、不同品种洗涤剂、不同织物、Mat u用量对色素去除效果的影响,通过洗涤前后织物白度的比较以及洗涤后织物的力学性能测试,得出Matu的最佳清洗工艺。结果表明:皂荚加热搅拌最佳时间为6ho 15%Matu洗涤液的最佳用量为0.7 g,且洗涤效果依次为:Matu1、Matu2、商品化洗涤液,强力下降率均在允许范围内。
The extraction technology of Gleditsia sinensis was studied,and The extract of Gleditsia sinensis was compounded with biomass to obtain Matu.The effects of Gleditsia sinensis from different producing areas,the different mass fraction of Matu solution,different kinds of detergents,different fabrics and Matu usage on removing effect of pigment were analyzed.Through the comparison of the whiteness of fabric before and after washing and the test of mechanical properties of fabric after washing,the optimum washing process of matu was obtained.The results showed that the best heating and stirring time for Gleditsia sinensis was 6 h,the optimum dose of 15%Matu detergent was 0.7 g,and the washing effect was in order:Matu1,Matu2,commercial detergent,and the decrease rate of strength was in the allowable range.
