一种超高强度钢高速冲击下塑性变形测试方法

A test method for plastic deformation of ultra-high strength steel under high-speed impact

摘要 通过弹丸冲击超高强度钢试验的研究,采用CATIA三维软件进行曲面重构与等体积计算分析,发现在高应变率104s-1条件下塑性变形远大于准静态塑性变形,并提出了一种测定超高强度钢高应变率下塑性变形的评价方法,对超高强度钢在汽车、航空航天、矿山机械等行业的应用具有一定的意义。 The behavior of ultra-high strength steel under high-speed impact test by a projectile was studied. By using surface reconstruction and the method of identical volume with CATIA software,it was found that with the strain rate104 s-1,the plastic deformation was much larger than quasi-static plastic deformation. Also an evaluation method for determining plastic deformation of ultra-high strength steel under high strain rate was proposed. It had a certain significance to the application of ultra-high strength steel in automobile,aerospace,mining machinery and other industries.
