摘要
在中低频段探地雷达系统中,如何得到一个高幅度、窄脉宽的脉冲信号是系统的关键技术之一。而基于雪崩三极管特性的脉冲发生器设计,在中低频段探地雷达系统中得到普遍的运用。通过对雪崩效应工作原理的分析,利用电路仿真软件分析比较几种电路的优缺点,设计了一种基于雪崩三极管的两级Marx脉冲产生电路。可得到底宽3.3ns,峰-峰值70V左右的负脉冲。脉冲波形完整无失真、脉冲拖尾较小,电路设计简单、参数调节方便,应用范围广泛。
In the middle and low frequency ground penetrating radar system,how to obtain a pulse signal with high amplitude and narrow pulse width is one of the key technologies of the system.The pulse generator design based on avalanche triode is widely used in ground penetrating radar in the middle and low frequency bands.Based on the analysis of the working principle of avalanche effect,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several circuits by using circuit simulation software,and designs a two-stage Marx circuit based on avalanche triode.A negative pulse with a bottom width of 3.3 ns and a peak-to-peak value of about 70 V can be produced.The pulse waveform is complete without distortion,small pulse tailing,simple circuit structure,convenient parameter adjustment,strong portability,and wide application range.
