摘要
抽头长度是影响线性滤波器性能的一个重要参数。研究论述了变抽头长度算法的两种代价函数,介绍了分段滤波器算法、梯度下降算法和分数抽头长度算法的基本原理,并进一步概括分析影响算法性能的因素,比较了三种算法的性能。在此基础上提出了新的直接根据稳态均方误差调整抽头长度的算法,仿真论证了该方法在自适应系统辨识模型中的检测效果,从仿真结果中可以看出该算法可以很好地适应复杂的系统环境,且具有较小的稳态波动。
The tap length is an important parameter that affects the performance of the linear filter.The study discusses two cost functions of the variable tap length algorithm,and introduces the basic principles of segmented filter,gradient descent and fractional tap-length algorithms.Then analyze the factors that affect the performance of the algorithms and compare the performance of the three algorithms.On this basis,a new algorithm for adjusting the length of the tap directly based on the steady-state mean square error is proposed.The simulation results demonstrate the detection effect of the proposed method in the adaptive system identification model.It can be seen from the simulation results that the algorithm can be well adapt to complex system environments with small steady-state fluctuations.
