摘要 振动检测是机车驱动装置状态监测与故障诊断中的重要课题。振动传感器作为测试装置的关键部件,影响着振动测量结果的精度和可靠性,使传感器的校准成为振动检测中不可或缺的内容。采用比较法根据检定规程对德国申克B&K Vibro VS-080、国产CV-CD-010、CA-YD-3193振动传感器进行校准,得出被校传感器的灵敏度、频响偏差曲线和幅值线性度曲线,分析了传感器校准结果,对传感器选型及维护提供参考建议,为机车驱动装置振动检测的准确性、可靠性提供了保障。 Vibration detection is an important issue in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of locomotive drive systems.As a key component of the test device,the vibration sensor affects the accuracy and reliability of the vibration measurement results,making the calibration of the sensor an inseparable important part of the vibration detection.In this paper,the comparison method is used to calibrate the German B&K Vibro VS-080,domestic CV-CD-010,CA-YD-3193 vibration sensors according to the verification procedure,the sensitivity,frequency response deviation curve and amplitude linearity curve of the sensor are obtained.The calibration results of the vibration sensor are analyzed,which provides reference for sensor selection and maintenance,it also provides guarantee for the accuracy and reliability of the vibration detection of the locomotive drive.
