新时代,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视基层党建工作,中学党建工作既取得了优异的成绩又被赋予新的使命。但在实际工作中,中学党建工作还存在一些问题。直面问题,四川省绵阳中学遵循教育教学规律和学生成长成才规律,创新党建工作理念,创建学习型校园,强化党组织在创新实践中的作用,推进了教师发展,开创中学党建工作新局面。

In the new era, the Party Central Committee with Chairman Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to Party building at the grass-roots level. The Party building work in middle schools has gained both outstanding achievements and new missions. However, in actual work, there are still some problems in the Party building work in middle schools. Therefore, faced with new challenges, Mianyang High School has adopted some new measures, by following the rules of education and teaching and the law of student growth, to innovate the concept of party building, create a learning campus, strengthen the role of party organizations in innovative practice, and eventually help with teachers development. All these measures have helped to create a new situation in the work of party building in middle schools.
