中西部普通高中职业生涯规划教育现状与策略——以重庆市云阳县域为例 被引量:2

摘要 面对社会高质量发展和建设现代化经济体系对人才的需求及学生终身发展的现实需要,我国要对普通高中职业生涯规划教育进行重新审视。对重庆市云阳县域内4所普通高中样本学校的问卷调查发现,学生对职业生涯规划有较高的热情,但缺乏自我认知和职业认知,学校对学生开展的职业生涯规划教育薄弱,学生获取职业生涯规划相关知识还主要靠学校以外的途径。职业生涯规划教育会对学生未来发展产生重要影响,我国普通高中应开展职业生涯规划课,同时需要与政府、社会多方联动,建立配套机制,共同促进职业生涯规划教育的发展。 Faced with the high-quality development of society and the demand for talents for the construction of a modern economic system and the realistic needs of students’ lifelong development, it is necessary to re-examine the career planning education of high schools. Through a questionnaire survey of 4 sample schools in Yunyang County, students were found to have high enthusiasm for career planning, but lacked self-perception and professional awareness, and the school had weak education for students’ career planning. In addition, students acquire knowledge about career planning mainly by means outside the school. As a career planning education that affects students’ lives, it is imperative to carry out career planning courses in schools. At the same time, the government, schools, and society need to collaborate to establish supporting mechanisms and promote the development of career planning education in ordinary high schools.
