脉冲射频与牵引针灸治疗早期神经根型颈椎病疼痛的效果对比 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对比脉冲射频与牵引针灸治疗早期神经根型颈椎病疼痛的效果。方法:选择2018年2月~2019年6月在我院进行诊断并治疗的早期神经根型颈椎病患者52例,使用随机数表法分为脉冲组和牵引针灸组,各26例。观察两组治疗后的总有效率、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、不良反应。结果:对比两组临床疗效,脉冲组的总有效率(96.15%)高于牵引针灸组(76.92%),P<0.05;对比两组VAS评分,脉冲组的VAS评分低于牵引针灸组,P<0.05;对比两组不良反应情况,脉冲组的不良反应发生率低于牵引针灸组,P<0.05。结论:治疗早期神经根型颈椎病疼痛,脉冲射频比牵引针灸疗效更好且安全性更高。
