胃癌是临床常见病,在癌变形成之前,往往经历癌前病变阶段。因此,在胃癌前病变阶段阻断甚至逆转胃黏膜恶性病变,是胃癌防治关键。本文结合胃癌前病变的现代研究、内镜下表现及临床症状,提出胃癌前病变的中医病机以气阴两虚、毒瘀交阻为主,提出益气养阴、解毒通络为治疗方法,为中医药治疗提供一定的思路与途径。

Gastric cancer is a common clinical disease.Before cancerous transformation,it often undergoes a precancerous stage.Therefore,blocking or even reversing the malignant transformation of gastric mucosa in the stage of precancerous lesions is the key to the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.This paper combines the modern study of gastric precancerous lesions,endoscopic findings and clinical symptoms,and proposes that the pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of TCM is mainly based on deficiency of both qi and yin,and obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis.It is proposed that Yiqi Yangyin and Jiedu Tongluo should be used for its treatment.Methods provide certain ideas and approaches for the treatment of the disease with Chinese medicine.
