基于有效保护地下管道安全运行的目的,杭州市地下管道业协会自觉践行“枫桥经验”,通过整合地下管道产权单位的社会资源,成立社会团体组织,采取因势利导、重心下移、“走亲连心”等方法,力争做到“矛盾不上交、平安不出事、服务不缺位”,产权单位在逐步有效地防止“第三方破坏”方面取得一定的成效。

Based on the purpose of effectively protecting the safe operation of underground pipelines,Hangzhou Underground Pipeline Industry Association consciously practices the“Fengqiao Experience”,and through the integration of the social resources of the underground pipeline property rights units,the establishment of social organization organizations,the use of the situation,the focus shifts,“walking relatives”“Looking at the heart”and other methods,and strive to achieve“contradictions do not turn in,peace does not happen,service is not lacking”,the ownership unit has gradually achieved effective results in preventing“third party damage”.
