Drainage Network Full Life Cycle Service Management System

地下排水管网是城市的血管,其安全健康运行是城市有序、稳定、高效发展的保障。但现状地下排水管网由于建设规模及速度严重滞后,管理水平不高,管道老化失修,各类管道病害凸显,导致管网运行能力效率低下。成为制约城市发展的瓶颈,而建立排水管道“探测”、“检测”、“修复”、“运维”的全生命周期服务管理体系能有效应对各类管道病害问题,保证城市地下排水管网高效健康运行。本文主要介绍排水管网“探测”、“检测”、“修复”、“运维”的全生命周期服务管理体系及其运作方式。

The underground drainage pipe network is the blood vessel of urban cities.Its safe and healthy operation is the guarantee for the orderly,stable and efficient development of the city.However,due to the seriousness of the construction scale and speed of the underground drainage network,the management level is not high,the pipeline aging is not repaired,and various pipeline diseases are highlighted,resulting in inefficient operation of the pipeline network.It has become a bottleneck restricting urban development,and the establishment of a full life cycle service management system for“survey”,“detection”,“repair”and“operation and maintenance”of drainage pipeline can effectively cope with various pipeline diseases and ensure efficient and healthy operation of urban underground drainage network.This paper mainly introduces the life cycle service management system and its operation mode of“survey”,“detection”,“repair”and“operation and maintenance”of drainage network.
