珠海市提升市政管线工程跟踪管理机制的探讨

Discussion on Improving Municipal Pipeline Project Tracking Management Mechanism in Zhuhai City

随着我国政府机构改革的推进,政府在提升管理能力方面进行了大量的改革举措,特别是十九大后将各级城市规划管理职能并入自然资源管理系统,直接提升了各类工程项目规划、建设的推进效率。本文以珠海市在开展提升市政工程在规划实施过程中的跟踪管理能力为例,对各类市政管线工程的跟踪管理机制进行了探讨,并提出了相应的建议及措施,仅供参考。

with the advance of the reform of government institutions in China,the government has carried out a lot of reform measures to improve the management ability,especially after the 19th national congress of China integrated the urban planning and management functions at all levels into the natural resources management system,which directly improved the efficiency of various engineering project planning and construction.Taking zhuhai city as an example,this paper discusses the tracking management mechanism of various municipal pipeline projects,and puts forward some Suggestions and measures for reference only.
