为应对规划未覆盖支路市政管线的规划审批需求、提升市政规划管理效能,在分析规划未覆盖支路形成原因的基础上,通过成熟片区案例调查分析法、典型规划片区普遍需求分析法和对比分析法三种方法,研究提出规划未覆盖支路上的各类市政管线规划审批要点及实施建议。
