移动式资源化回收系统在通沟污泥处理中的应用

Application of Mobile German AKW Resource Recovery System on Sewer Sludge Treatment

针对近些年国内下水道管网频繁内涝局面,通过引进德国AKW移动式通沟污泥资源化回收系统对下水道管网清掏出的通沟污泥进行资源化、减量化、无害化处理,实现了通沟污泥中鹅卵石和砂资源化回收、细泥和有机物减量化排放、废水澄清的极致解决方案。移动式处理站具有能耗低、灵活方便、占地面积小的独特优势,高耐磨性设计几乎没有运行备件。该系统为中国通沟污泥的处理处置开辟了新思路。

In view of frequent urban waterlogging,an optimal solution is realized by introducing the Mobile German AKW Resource Recovery System in terms of recycling of cobblestone and sand resources,emission reduction of fine silt and organic matter,as well as waste water clarification,through processing of the sewer sludge in a recyclable,reduced and harmless way.The mobile processing apparate is distinguished by low energy comsumption,flexible access,small size and high wear-resistance due to few operable parts.This system opens up new possibilities for treatment and disposal of sewer sludge in China.
