摘要
近年来,各大城市屡有地下管线安全事故发生,建设平安城市,维护人民生命财产安全,越来越为社会所关注。地下管线作为城市基础设施,在支撑城市规划建设和日常管理中的重要性亦逐渐显现出来。为完善城市综合地下管线数据,同时全面查明地下管线空间分布和属性情况,按照《城市地下管线探测技术规程》(CJJ61-2017)规定,对城市地下管线普查工作宜实行工程监理制,且从实施三级检查制度转换为两级检查、一级验收制度,为地下管线探测数据精度及监理提出了更高的要求。
In recent years,there have been many underground pipeline safety accidents in major cities.The construction of safe cities and the maintenance of the safety of people's lives and property have become more and more concerned by the society.As an urban infrastructure,underground pipelines have gradually emerged in supporting urban planning and construction and daily management.In order to improve the data of the city's comprehensive underground pipelines and at the same time fully ascertain the spatial distribution and attributes of underground pipelines,according to the“Technical Regulations for the Detection of Underground Pipeline in Cities”(CJJ61-2017),it is necessary to implement an engineering supervision system for the census of underground pipelines in cities.From the implementation of the three-level inspection system to the two-level inspection,the firstlevel acceptance system,for the underground pipeline detection data accuracy and supervision put forward higher requirements.
