本文着重介绍了供水管网分区计量管理系统。给出了从管网分区计量的分区原则、分区实施步骤及所需软硬件的建设,到运营管理流程、考核体系,直至管理结构调整策略等行之有效的漏控管理手段和工作方法。

This paper introduces the District Metered Area system of water supply pipelines in China.This paper gives the principia of how to divide the water pipeline networks in different independent metered areas,as well as it’s carrying out steps,an introduction about required hardware and software,operational work flow management,assess management and an overall view into the adjustment strategy of organizational structures in relationship with the DMA implementations.
