摘要 针对多惯导测试系统的测试要求,设计了一种以数字复接为理论基础、以FPGA和USB3.0为硬件基础的多惯组脉冲数据采集方案。通过FPGA内部搭建的脉冲计数模块对8个惯组产品的96路脉冲数据进行同步接收与计数,对惯导组件输出信号每5ms采集一次。并利用数字复接原理将96路脉冲计数值合成为一路数据,通过USB3.0数据总线将合路数据上传到上位机中进行分接处理。系统实现了96路高速脉冲数据的实时同步采集,脉冲频率最高可达5 MHz,改善了采集系统的可靠性与稳定性,提高了惯组测试效率。 Aiming at the test requirements of multi-inertia testing system,this paper designs a multi-inertia pulse data acquisition scheme,which based on digital multiplexing principle,FPGA and USB3.0 as hardware.The 96-channel pulse data of 8 inertial products are received and counted synchronously through the pulse counting module built in FPG A,the output signal is collected every 5 ms.And the 96-channel pulse count value is synthesized into one channel data by the digital multiplexing principle,and the combined data is uploaded by the USB3.0 data bus to upper computer for tap processing.The system realizes real-time data acquisition of 96 high-speed pulse data synchronously,and the pulse frequency is up to 5 MHz,which improves the reliability and stability of the acquisition system and improves the efficiency of the inertia test.
