摘要 某县级市10kV配电线路在2016~2018年期间遭受雷击故障跳闸次数不断增多。为了制定合理、有效的改造方案,首先直观地绘制地闪与故障热点分布图,发现故障与地理位置及落雷密度有着很大关系,接着通过规程及电气几何模型(EGM)对感应雷跳闸率及直击雷跳闸率进行计算,并对几种常用的绝缘子进行分析,得出提高绝缘子的绝缘水平,能有效地降低雷击跳闸率,最后根据实际的运维管理发现的问题,结合避雷器的安装使用及接地电阻改良等防雷措施,因地制宜,结合该地区10kV配电网的实际情况,提出了经济、适用的改造方案。 The 10 kV distribution line of a county-level city has suffered from lightning strikes during the period of 2016〜2018.In order to develop a reasonable and effective transformation plan,this paper firstly draws the ground lightning area and fault hotspot distribution m ap,and finds that the fault has a great relationship with the geographical location and the lightning density.T h en,through the regulation and electrical geometry model(EGM),the inductive lightning trip rate and the direct lightning trip rate are calculated,and several commonly used insulators are analyzed to obtain an improved insulation level of the insulator,which can effectively reduce the lightning trip rate.Finally,according to the problems found in the actual operation and maintenance m anagement,combined with the installation and use of the arrester and the improvement of the grounding resistance,according to local conditions*combined with the actual situation of the 10 kV distribution network in the region,an economical and applicable transformation plan was proposed.
