摘要 近年来由于环境等的影响,呼吸道系统疾病的发病率越来越高。肺部吸入制剂起效快、生物利用度高、副反应少,是治疗呼吸道系统疾病的理想剂型。肺部吸入制剂包括气雾剂、粉雾剂、软雾剂等。从肺部吸入制剂的分类、装置应用、体内外评价对肺部吸入制剂的研究概况进行综述。 In recent years, the incidence of respiratory diseases has become higher and higher due to the influence of the environment. Pulmonary inhalations are ideal drugs for treating respiratory diseases for having advantages of fast-acting, high bioavailability and few side effects.Pulmonary inhalations include metered dose inhaler, dry powder inhalation, soft mist inhalation,etc. This review summarizes the research situation of pulmonary inhalations from the classification, device application and in vitro and in vivo evaluation of pulmonary inhalations.
