摘要
设计并合成了新型环境友好型蓖麻油基成膜助剂--蓖麻油酸乙二醇单酯(HF-100),通过正交实验对其合成工艺进行优化研究,筛选出最佳工艺条件;通过衰减全反射红外分析(ATR-IR)对其结构进行鉴定,确定目标产物;按照相关标准对产品进行测试,得到物理性能技术指标;通过产品与3种乳液复配后的最低成膜温度测试,并与现有市场上常用的成膜助剂十二碳醇酯(RTC-12)进行比较,评价其成膜性能。
A new environmentally friendly castor oil-based film-forming agent was designed and synthesized–ethyl glycol ricinoleate(HF-100),and its synthesis process was improved and studied through orthogonal experiments to select the best process condition;its structure was determined through ATR-IR to identify target products;the product was tested according to the related standards to obtain technical indicators of physical performance;its film formation performance was assessed through testing the minimum film-forming temperature of the product compounded with three emulsions and comparing it with RTC-12,a common film-forming agent on the market.
