液压油缸外壁用水性涂料配套体系的研制

摘要 研制了液压油缸外壁用水性涂料配套体系,结果表明:通过对比实验,选用国产水性羟基丙烯酸分散体S02制备水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,涂膜综合性能更佳;亲水性多异氰酸酯H01与树脂相容性好、易分散均匀,但耐化学品性能不如低黏度疏水性多异氰酸酯H02,通过将两种水性异氰酸酯固化剂复配使用,研制液压油缸外壁用水性涂料配套体系,各项性能不仅满足HG/T 4761-2014《水性聚氨酯涂料》标准要求,也能够满足客户使用性能指标要求。 This paper develops a waterborne coatings supporting system for hydraulic rams’outer walls.Experiment results show:according to the comparative experiment,if domestically made S02 waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersant is selected to prepare waterborne acrylic polyurethane topcoat,the comprehensive film performance is better;hydrophilic polyisocyanate H01 is highly compatible with resin and can disperse evenly,but its chemical resistance is inferior to that of low-viscosity hydrophobic polyisocyanate H02.The two waterborne isocyanate curing agents are used together to develop a waterborne coatings supporting system for hydraulic rams’outer walls.The properties not only meet the requirements of HG/T 4761-2014 Standard Waterbased Polyurethane Coatings,but also meet customers’requirements on use performance indicators.
