摘要 采用低黏度环氧树脂作为主成膜树脂,低黏度芳香族超支化聚醚型环氧树脂对其进行增韧改性,以分子中含有柔性脂肪酸和活性胺基的低分子聚酰胺为固化剂,选用钛白粉、氧化铁红为着色颜料,空心玻璃微珠、滑石粉为体质颜料,有机膨润土为增稠触变剂,制备了一种环境友好轻质双组分环氧修补材料。对涂料性能进行了测试,结果表明:该修补材料密度低,柔韧性和打磨性好,与底材附着力高,耐水性能优异,可一道厚涂,适用于金属、玻璃钢或木质底材的填平修补。 A new environmentally friendly light epoxy repair material was developed using low viscosity epoxy resin as the main film-forming resin, low viscosity aromatic hyperbranched polyether epoxy resin as toughener, low molecular polyamide containing flexible fatty acid and active amino group in the molecule as curing agent, titanium dioxide and iron red as coloring pigments, hollow glass microspheres and talc powder as fillers and organic bentonite as thickening thixotropic agent. The performance of the repair material was tested. The results show the repair material has the advantages of low density, good flexibility and abrasiveness, high substrate adhesion, excellent water resistance, can form a thick film, and is suitable for filling and repairing of metal, fiberglass or wood substrates.
