常克教授认为咳嗽的主要病机为气逆不下,治则为宣肺降逆,临床治疗从治肺,平肝,调脾,补肾,兼治膀胱、大肠及巧用虫类药等方面着手,自创霸咳方治疗小儿慢性咳嗽,临床用药灵活加减,辨证论治,可获佳效。附验案1则,以资验证。

Professor CHANG Ke holds that the main pathogenesis of cough lies in adverse flow of qi failure to descend,the therapeutic principle is dispersing lung qi for lowering adverse qi,and the clinical treatment,starting from treatment for lung,soothing liver,regulating spleen,tonifying kidney,combined treatment for bladder,large intestine and skillfully using insects as medicinal materials,he has self-created Bake Fang(霸咳方)to treat chronic cough in children with flexible modified clinical medication and syndrome differentiation and treatment,which has obtained good clinical efficacy.One proved case is attached for verification.
