Clinical experience of using nourishing yin and purging fire formula to treat sexual precocity in girls

小儿系"稚阴稚阳"之体,具有特殊的生理特点,易出现阴阳失衡、阴虚火旺、相火妄动而致性早熟,肾水不足为该病的主要病机。以滋阴泻火为治则,自拟滋阴泻火方并随症加减,取得了良好的疗效。附案例2则,以资验证。

Infantile body is of"premature yin and yang",which has special physiological characteristics and is prone to appear imbalance between yin and yang,flaring of fire due to yin-deficiency and hyperactivity of kidney-fire resulted in sexual precocity.Its main pathogenesis is insufficiency of kidney water.With nourishing yin and purging fire as the therapeutic method,using self-made nourishing yin and purging fire formula to treat it and modifying according to symptoms,which has obtained good curative effects.Two cases are attached for verification.
