中医定向透药疗法联合耳穴贴压对阑尾炎腹腔镜术后患儿胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effects of directional Chinese medicine penetration therapy combined with auricular plaster therapy on gastrointestinal functions recovery of children patients with post laparoscopic appendectomy

目的观察中医定向透药疗法联合耳穴贴压对阑尾炎腹腔镜术后患儿胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2015年4月至2016年10月义乌市中心医院外科住院的腹腔镜阑尾炎术后患儿60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予对症支持和耳穴贴压治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上结合中医定向透药治疗仪治疗,每次30 min,早晚各1次。2组均3 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后,观察临床疗效、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间和首次排便时间。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间分别为(19.3±3.9)h、(25.6±3.1)h、(37.2±3.8)h,均短于对照组,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药疗法联合耳穴贴压不仅能提高腹腔镜阑尾炎患儿术后的临床疗效,而且可促进肠鸣音恢复,缩短肛门首次排气和排便时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of directional Chinese medicine penetration therapy(DCMPT)combined with auricular plaster therapy on gastrointestinal functions recovery of children patients with post laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods Sixty cases after laparoscopic appendectomy hospitalized in surgery department of Yiwu Municipal Central Hospital from April 2015 to October 2016 were chosen and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each.The control group was given supportive symptomatic and auricular plaster therapy,while the treatment group was given DCMPT on this basis,30 minutes every time,once in the morning and evening,respectively.Three days constituted a course of treatment for the 2 groups,after a course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,recovery time of bowel sounds,the first anal exhaust time and the first defecating time were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Recovery time of bowel sound,the first anal exhaust time and the first defecating time of the treatment group were(19.3±3.9)hours,(25.6±3.1)hours and(37.2±3.8)hours,respectively,which were all shorter than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can not only improve the clinical efficacy of children patient with post laparoscopic appendectomy,but also improve the recovery of bowel sounds,shorten the first anal exhaust time and the first defecating time to use DCMPT combined with auricular plaster therapy,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
