穴位按摩联合康复训练对小儿脑瘫吞咽功能和语言功能的影响

Effects of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training on swallowing function and linguistic function of children with cerebral palsy

目的观察穴位按摩联合康复训练对小儿脑瘫吞咽功能和语言功能的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2018年12月在金华市妇幼保健院儿保科接受治疗的脑瘫患儿80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组采用常规康复训练法,治疗组在对照组康复训练的基础上采用中医穴位按摩,2组均连续治疗3个月后统计疗效。结果对照组总有效率为70.0%,治疗组为95.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前,2组吞咽和语言功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后2组吞咽功能评分显著下降(P<0.05),语言功能评分显著上升(P<0.05),且治疗组下降或上升更显著(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合康复训练能够显著改善脑瘫患儿的吞咽功能和语言功能,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training on swallowing function and linguistic function of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Eighty cases of children with cerebral palsy under treatment in children healthcare department of Jinhua Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were chosen and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,on this basis,the treatment group was given TCM acupoint massage.We kept statistics about the curative effects after the 2 groups were both consecutively treated for 3 months.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%,that of the treatment group was 95.0%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in scores of swallowing function and linguistic function between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the swallowing function score of the two groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the linguistic function score increased significantly(P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group decreased or increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training can markedly improve the swallowing function and linguistic function of children with cerebral palsy,along with marked clinical efficacy,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
